Delivery timescales are dependant on Royal Mail. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Our standard dispatch is same working day (Monday – Friday) for orders placed before 11am but there is no guarantee you will receive your package next working day using our First Class Service.

All orders will be sent Royal Mail Second Class as Standard however you may choose Royal Mail First Class at the checkout should you require your order slightly quicker.

Please note, during busy periods please allow an additional time for orders to be dispatched. Even at peak times and busy periods, all orders will be dispatched within 48 hours.  We will try and update our website during busy periods to let you know of potential delays to orders.

Issues and delays with couriers can occur and are out of our control, if you have any issues with the service of Royal Mail or our couriers please get in touch. All delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee. We cannot refund shipping costs due to errors which are no fault of our own. We cannot resend items which are currently in transit.

Though rare, your order may be delayed if we are out of stock of a particular item, if this is the case we will notify you the same day you place the order. 


All personalised orders are non-returnable unless they are faulty or arrive damaged.  This is because personalised orders have been custom made and the materials already used and therefore we would not be able to resell.

You can return none personalised orders within 7 working days. The goods must be returned in in their original packaging. The costs of returning goods to us will be met by you.

When we receive the goods we will then authorise a refund. We will refund for the cost of the goods only.

The goods will remain your responsibility until they have been safely delivered to us. We strongly advise that you insure anything you are sending back to us and get proof of posting in case of loss or damage. 

Please contact us should you need to return something so we can provide you with the returns details. 


We will refund any payment made from your card in the unlikely event that goods are unavailable or if we are unable to fulfill your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
